Headline: Jan. 6 Panel Has Evidence Of A 'Lot More Than Incitement' Against Trump: Jamie Raskin.

Will the televised Jan. 6 panel revelations make any difference? Will Trump be found guilty of anything? (He has never faced a trial in his life even with tons of evidence against him) Will the public care? I am afraid this is simply another case of the Demo's pulling defeat from the jaws of victory. The maga crowd does not care what he has done or not done--he is their new jesus and he can and does walk on water.

"The panel will be "laying out the evidence about all of the actors who were pivotal to what took place on January 6th" at upcoming televised hearings beginning Thursday, the lawmaker vowed in an interview with Washington Post Live." So far, Trump has been above any and all laws. I think he will be again.

Raskin said: "We're going to lay it all out there, but the prosecutors are going to have to sort it out with respect to individual defendants ... I have confidence in the ability of the Department of Justice to do their job." This has been reported from the beginning--nothing new here. And the limp-wrist DOJ has done nothing so far--why will that change? It won't.

On Thursday this may be good TV viewing, but it will matter not. It will just be another demonstration that this country is done--stick a fork into it.
Is God willing to prevent evil, but not able?
Then he is not omnipotent,
Is he able but not willing?
Then whence cometh evil?
Is he neither able or willing?
Then why call him god?

I haven't been keeping abreast of the situation, but if it's anything else like the fallible justice system in this country, no great justice will be served.

Dark Lightning

I've long called it the legal system. Justice is had, sometimes.

We ignore the Gulf of Tonkin. Reagan's Iran-Contra. The WMD's nonsense and torture in Iraq. One can say that these are differences of opinion if need be, in order to protect the policies of the president.

Trying to overthrow the gov't doesn't fit into a difference of opinion - it fits into sedition. Prosecute this man.
