*flashbacks to LOTR Extended Edition with sweeping shots of Legolas and co treking through the imaginary fantasy world of New Zealand*

YES.

I just picked up a used 4k blu ray player last week. Shortly afterwards I ordered the LOTR UHD set, the Jurassic Park 5 movie set in UHD, and my current favorite movie Ready Player One. I fired it up last night and watched the extended edition of The Fellowship of the Ring. There is huge difference between streaming a 4k movie and watching the Blu Ray. The picture quality of the Blu Ray version is much better.

Next up is getting a UHD friendly Blu Ray drive for a PC so I can rip the disks to the NAS and stream them locally without all the network compression or the Blu Ray Player.

YES.

It would be more like the original cut of The Brown Bunny. Or maybe Manos: Hands of Fate

If you have the equipment to take advantage of UHD video and Dolby Atmos audio, UHD Blu-ray is the way to go. LOTR looks AMAZING. I have a small collection of my all-time favorite movies on UHD Blu-ray. There is a local bookstore that sells used Blu-rays and I have found some terrific deals.

My receiver does Dolby Atmos, but my speakers are setup in a traditional 5.1 arrangement. I really need to look into a set of up firing speakers so I can run a 5.1.2 setup.

But they're the main source of quests.  Without them, heroes wouldn't know where to go or who to defeat.

Oh I've never thought of that way, lol.

Most cities have industrial parks, but they're usually several miles from commercial/residential zones.  I'd have to rewatch T2, but afaik, they went from a mall to a smelter in a high-speed chase in an awfully short amount of time.  Maybe they traveled far enough in that time, but probably not.

I need to stop trying to be funny, lol. 'Squabble'^ one was really bad because I forgot that tongue and language are not the same word in English, but I thought T2 comment was obvious. But yeah it is written after all. It was meant as "Uh,oh...quick, NO!". So yeah, agreed.

Can anyone see this picture? Been having a problem with that fairly often where it doesn't want to show on my screen at least.

It was deleted, but miraculously came back 3 days later, unlike some Jewish carpenters I know.  :P

I tried to find a smaller alternate image, but googling "Russia gay" gives back some strange and definitely (partially) unwanted results.

Ah, rip.

Ukraine on Twitter: "Invade us if u gay."
Russia: CNN - "This just in, Russian troops retreated this morning to Siberia, with President Putin stating,'We are not gay.'. We will get back to you as soon as we know more how global catastrophe was prevented by Twitter."

*End Scene*

Smol-brain entertainment and big-bronk thinker time (why specifically call him gay? Oh...), I appreciate it.

Not lesbian, just a romantic relationship between two women.  Totally different.
