Old news but relevant:

Anti-war podcaster harassed by police after criticizing Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez on Twitter

TL;DR AOC gave a non-answer to a question about Israel in a recent town hall type meeting, somebody on Twitter criticized her for this, and a podcaster retweeted that criticism. AOC plays wilting lily like she always does and calls the capitol police, not on the person who asked the question, not on the person who criticized her answer, BUT THE GUY WHO RETWEETED THAT CRITICISM.

Old news but relevant:
Not without the text of the original tweet it isn't.  I quote the article:

"Rather, he came under their “radar” for “a tweet authored by another user that was deemed threatening.” The content of the alleged tweet has not been made known."

And what does the 'victim' put forth as the reason he was paid a visit?  Not a retweet at all.  So, that's somewhere between dishonest and disingenuous: at a minimum, he's making up his own victim narrative.

Also, you claim:

Did you read the article?  "Ocasio-Cortez’s office has denied that the congresswoman or anyone in her office reported Wentz’s post."  So you're just deciding she lied on no evidence whatsoever.

I prefer facts, thanks.  I'll wait to see what the original tweet was.  If it included a threat, he should have been visited (as should the original author).  Until then, spare us your pearl-clutching and manufactured outrage.

Rule of thumb; if you see someone bring up AOC, there is a 89% chance they don't have a clue what the fuck they are talking about.

"Given what you know about the recent outbreak of violence in Israel and Palestine, do you approve or disapprove of President Biden's handling of the situation?"
I disapprove
QuoteHow many people on the street can intelligently answer this question? I can't.
I can
QuoteIt's unsurprising to me that the Democrats are going to agree with Biden and the Republicans will disagree because most people don't know the history of this conflict,
and because tribalism first, rationalize second.
Quotethe reason for this current episode of violence,
It's because Iran is sending a message to the US (through Hamas) during their nuclear talks, but some here, who because they know a bit more about Islam than Rumsfeld, will tell you that Shia and Sunnis do not work together https://wikileaks.org/gifiles/docs/18/1863285_iran-aq-ksa-the-al-qaeda-iran-connection-.html.
Quotewhat Biden is doing,
Biden is a moron who wants to go back to appeasing Iran. Iran will have more money, and send more rockets to Hamas, Hezbollah, the Houthis, and a bunch of other militias in Iraq, because Iran is invested in destabilizing the entire region
Quoteor what Biden should be doing?
He should not send money, support, or troops anywhere into that area, may they all kill each other, and let their gods sort them out.
QuoteHow can the president of the United States stop this violence without making the situation worse? That's a big question to ask people who, chances are, can't locate Israel on a map.
I disagree. That's the least important question that you asked. I don't have any compulsion to interfere. At its core, it's a religious (Muslim) / racial (Zionist) war, but the Christians in the US who believe that Israel must rise before their Jesus comes back, while the left who thinks that every imbalance of power came into being out of oppression, will continue to want to poke their collective noses where they don't belong.

I will freely admit that there is at least one thing I don't know about the conflict, given the amount of propaganda from both sides for almost one century now: how much of the Palestinian lands/properties were truly bought outright by Jews over the decades, and how much did they take by force because they are the chosen people? Also not an important question, but I am curious.

At the end of the day, Israel was the aggressor, but they won the war. That's how almost every country was formed, and I don't think that Kuwait should go back to Iraq, or that Lebanon should go back to being a part of Syria, or ...

The Fateh party before, and now the human shield using Hamas, refuse to normalize relations with Israel, and continue to call it the Zionist entity, because these parties profit from the conflict, not from a resolution. So the Palestinians will continue to live in abhorrent conditions, when they should have accepted the loss and made some concessions back in 1967. But you know what the Arabs said, "what was taken by force, will not be taken back except by force", or something similar (My Arabic to English translation isn't perfect). About 30 years ago, my father told me that there is a Jewish way of doing business that we should always seriously consider: "take what you can now, ask for more later". In other words, whether true or not about the Jews, he was warning me to not be like the Arabs.

Are you aware that Barack Obama is no longer the president of the United States?

You could have posed that question with just the first three words.
