Appeal to Nature? Well, I tried, and it seems somewhat like an appeal to nature because he used the fact that see can see (A natural act) to assert that god exists.
Also... Non Sequitor, And Correlation is not causality.

This argument makes the following assumptions:
God Exists
God has Ears
God chooses to listen
For Instance; If god exists, he is listening.

So in essence, some things are predictable, and those predictable things should be used as tools to <insert some verb here?> unpredictable things? That would assume that predictable things have some sort of causative relationship to non predictable things, or are even in any way related to them, making it at the very least a quanitificational fallacy. What defines the uncertainties (or certainties for that matter) of the world? Is there some room for lateral movement between the two ideas?
