It seems like when the US govt declares 'war' on something that it will never end. The war on drugs is a great example. It is not possible to win. Not only that, the enforcement agencies have no interest in winning that war--then they will be jobless. The same with the war on terror. It will never end, for we have grown a huge structure to fight it--it will make sure we never win it. As long as the govt has several 'wars' going on, corporate America is rolling in money.
