it was a good bit of fiction based on the fiction of the bible...

Another attempt from the desperate Christians to have their faith taken seriously by producing movies that just shows what a cunty religion they follow if it were true.
That's the only explanation I can think of to why there are so many Christian themed movies spawning of late, desperation to be taken serious
