I watched all four parts of the above interview with Billy Sheehan. I feel bad for him because he really does come across as a decent guy. I would be friends with him despite my views on Scientology, at least until he was ordered to disconnect from me. I can also tell he's very enturbulated towards the end.

Yes. very true. I actually don't mind trying to be friends with people that believe that kind of stuff.
The only time I feel like I have to cut the cord on a friendship for theology reasons is if they try to force thier belief on to me. Which luckily I don't have to do because I don't have any friends like that / see my friends that are like that often enough for it to matter. At that point I'd rather talk to them when I talk to them and that way I don't burn any unnecessary bridges.
Unfortunately Billy got caught at a bad time where I think he was sort of stuck with the topic of scientology. It's not like he was at a gig or just walking down the street, he was picketing for what he believes... which just happens to be rediculous. He isnt that rediculous as you see him in the video, i would bet at least.
