How different the world might have been if better rulers had consecutively ruled in Persia. At their best, they were basically everything "good" we look for in the modern world, but without the technology. That's pretty damn impressive.

The Shah had an integrity principle ... that he couldn't say anything, and not make it good "even to half the kingdom" as the Biblical saying goes.  That is where the Bible got it from.

Persia had 3 capitals ... Persepolis, Ecbatana and Susa ... and Babylon for the crown prince.  Xerxes served there under his father, Darius I.
