I want infos about "Excel High School" ( http://www.excelhighschool.com/ ) who say it's a legitimate school that deliver "High School Diploma" over Internet.
I'm sceptical about this statement because I don't think we can get a legit diploma from Internet.
I think it's a rogue school. Am I right ?
They say there are accredited by the non-profit , non-governmental organization AdvancED ( http://www.advanc-ed.org/oasis2/u/par/accreditation/summary?institutionId=25182 ) and that is true.
This High School is listed as a non-public school in a website of Minnesota Department of Education under the tag 0284-31-022 : http://w20.education.state.mn.us/MdeOrgView/organization/show/14842
You can read there some of their claims : https://www.excelhighschool.com/accreditation.php
It's weird but this school or pseudo-school is registered in the University of California a-g course program : https://hs-articulation.ucop.edu/agcourselist/institution/5060
Is this a mill diploma like I think ?
Why would you want to deal with these guys?
If companies actually check to see if you really have a diploma I would be impressed. Unless your applying for a job in the high 6 figures, i wouldn't even bother with it. However...plenty of grads are plain stupid...and plenty of non-grades are pretty smart. If your stupid a diploma may help more than not. But stupid is still..pretty much stupid.

I stated that I had a Masters and never had to provide a copy. I got the job.

Online education? In the future all face to face teaching will be disintermediated. The quality will be lower than face to face teaching, but a race to the bottom culture won't care. This is part of the long decline in education quality.
This decline already happened 2400 years ago. Socrates was very smart, taught you face to face. Led you to draw the correct conclusions (see Meno dialog). This was very expensive, since it could only be done face to face with Socrates, in Athens, when he was living and teaching there
Socrates said, that books were the death of education. Also it wasn't his intent to brain-wash you, but to get you to think for yourself (aka education). The Athenians executed him for this. All pedagogy today is less than the Socratic method, even from a teacher who isn't even Socrates.
