The CIA mindset is to never say anything specific. I once called a phone number to identify how to bill it in my agency. The person at the phone refused to identify his office. I threatened to cut off his phone.
He finally sais he "was on the other side of the river". Well, we were on the Potomac river, so that made some sense. But then I said he didn't know what side of the river *I* was on. He said it didn't matter. Oops...
That phone number went on my short list of "numbers to never ask about again". That was 30 years go. I may be safe now... But one never knows, do one?
