The title is implying that the OP thinks the driver merely had an accident while the OP's thread is merely a link to the story.

The title is a sarcastic way to describe weaponized cars.
I wanted to change the title to "another case of road rage".
Cars are used the same way as explosives, but easier obtainable.
A new way to kill people.
Note that it is used mainly in Europe where guns are not readily available.
Should cars/trucks be banned?
