If Rock and Roll is a religion, then YES is my church, and Jon Anderson is my high priest. I just let go, and share his spirit. His imagery lift's my heart, and sparks my imagination, at the same time. His stated intent, with some of his music, is to awaken long-buried memories. I don't know if it's capable of all that, but it's pretty cool at any rate. NOBODY makes music like YES.
ANYWAY, Yes is being inducted into the Rock Hall of Fame, this year. Regardless of your estimation of the honor, we may, at least, get to see a small YES reunion. Jon hasn't sung with the entire band in a long time.

Never was a big Yes fan myself, but absolutely they belong in the R&RHoF.
By the way, I recommend the trip to Cleveland to see it. The building's amazing.
I got to see them on June 6 1976. We were pretty excited because among other reasons they were handing out flyers for an August 1 Rush show for the 2112 tour. Unfortunately the 76 Yes show was part a tour promoting some of the members solo work. They still played a lot of Yes stuff, but not as much as I would have liked to hear. I was kind of driven to distraction by Yes because the DJ on before me at our college station always (not usually, but genuinely always) closed out his show with a Yes cut of some sort or another and after a year it got pretty tedious.
I don't think they're a bad band, they're just not my musical cup of tea. I neither object to them, nor seek them out.
I liked YES but mostly because it made a really nice belt buckle.
