OK, so there's this camp designed to protest Donald Trump, and they are teaching people how to protest, and they want everyone to protest something Trump does so that everything he does get's protested by someone one. Furthermore, she's got her nose out of joint about it, like somebody is doing something wrong.
This is where I stopped watching, not because I disagree with her, but because I'm getting tired of noise. Just as the Republican Party is within its rights to politically sabotage everything Obama did for 8 years, a strategy first articulated by Rush Limbaugh before Obama was inaugurated simply because he wanted Obama to fail, citizens have a right to assemble and organize and to protest. Disgusting as either of these things might be to the other party, they are fully integrated and sanctioned into our political system. It is now the foundation of American politics. Everything is aimed at destruction, even rights afforded ourselves in the constitution. Politics is 95% about destroying the other party, and 5% about finding solutions to our problems. It takes a lot of money to do this, and its not helping. If you want to talk about government waste, you don't have to point to healthcare or corporate welfare, just look at the political system itself and you can understand why we are fucked.

Now that you make that assertion, I don't hate Trump when I check my feelings. I think he's possibly the worst representative of America I've ever seen, but even there, I'm waiting for him to either confirm that expectation or demonstrate that it is unwarranted.
In regards to the media, no I don't believe it's accurate. I thought I made that quite clear.
And I don't talk to Trump supporters about Trump. They are mostly my neighbors and we try to be kind to each other, partly because we choose to avoid the topic of politics. This isn't to say I haven't seen man on the street interviews with Trump supporters, and while they appear to be idiots, I have no way of knowing whether or not the media is presenting a representative sample.
But none of this relates to my neglecting to watch all of your Utube videos. Even with what you added, there's nothing I (or you) can do about it even if it's true, anymore than I can do anything about what Trump or Obama does. We elect our presidents and representatives, and then we live with it. And I'm not going to start hating liberals, even the one's who are assholes, anymore than I'm going to hate my Republican neighbors.

I am deeply disappointed in 'the media' too. But I also realize that there really is no 'the media'. There are dozens of media outlets and if you count the internet blogs, hundreds at least. Each outlet has it's own agenda. And that agenda may change over time, or event. I am a huge fan of MSNBC, but also realize it has an agenda of it's own. So, if I want to make sure something is factual I have to use several outlets and I have to insure that their bias into account as well. I use faux news as a counter point many times, fully realizing of all of the huge outlets it gets the most facts wrong and reports the most errors. But all do that. Ah--for the days of Lowell Thomas and Upton Sinclair!
