I mean, how stupid do you have to be to take that seriously? If you Google "Obama conspiracy theory American Thinker", you get no shortage of hits, including a claim that Obama threw up some sort of Islamic gang sign (http://www.snopes.com/politics/obama/obamahandsign.asp) fueled primarily from a desperate desire to see Obama as some sort of jihadist villain than by any remotely rational basis.
The article that PR posted, apparently in agreement, alleges that global warming is "alarmist junk science" produced by an echo chamber simply following the orders of government elites (citation needed). Once again, it takes a special kind of stupid to take this stuff seriously. Congrats, PR, for living the dream.

Resistance to carbon credits was actually an anti-tax revolt, not an anti-science revolt. The anti-science revolt is a false flag, a distraction. The real story is how the government needs you to pay 100% tax on your salary, maybe greater than 100%, because Americans have a belief that they can apply financial liability on their unborn children.
Here in the US, the city of Dallas is trying to "Detroit" itself in January. The mayor of Dallas has filed suit against his own government, using his own money, to stop the attempt of the police and firemen from bailing precipitously from the city pension system (which since Dallas can't print money like the Fed ... is creating a cash flow problem for them), a bail out of the burning plane created by the city council that has backfired. The fear now is, the Texas state government will tell Dallas where to go, like Gerald Ford told NYC in the 1970s.
Mathematics is a bitch, unless you are the Fed.

Communism is inconsistent with liberalism. Liberalism is all about free and open multi-party democracy, freedom of expression and self-determination, the recognition that all human beings are equal under the law, and so many other good things that were crushed by Communist dictators.

Voting sometimes results in a choice of the populace. Clinton and Gore, for example. But then there is the Gerrymandering that results in elections of stupids or crazies like Bush Jr and Trump (in that order) who initially get elected by minorities.
I have honestly disliked the Electoral College all my life. It is anti-majority, the States have passed laws to prevent the original purpose of it (to overrule dangerous voter decisions), and not all States are equal in representation.
So my dislike of the Electoral College is not new or partisan.
