QuoteBrave barmaid is not afraid of armed robber

Dumb or brave? Woman confronts armed robber with baby in hand.
Fridaynight a robber figured making a quick buck in the bar of Nathalie Leclerc in Champ-du-Boult in Normandy. Armed and masked he stormed the place demanding money. But the bartmaid was not to be swayed. Calmly she returned the baby she'd been holding in her arms, back to it's mother, only to then confront the robber. She showed no signs of fear for the firearm the man aimed at her. She hit he man with his own backpack and pushed him towards the exit. When another customer entered the frey with a chair, the thief fled the scene.
The firm actions of Nathalie Leclerc draws admiration, but also reprimands on social media. She's called a heroine, but also a dumb broad for endangering the baby's life by walking towards the robber. Whatever may be, she won't be seeing the crook any time soon, he was arrested shortly thereafter.

Sadly, I can't link the video for some reason. Worth checking out, less than a minute.
I think it was incredibly stupid, even though it payed off. That is a risk you shouldn't take. Life is more important than your money
As to why the video can't be linked, I think only youtube works for that... That video seems like it's through a different player, not youtube.
I'll tell ya what. That's one tough ass woman there. Forget the "dumb" comments. No one knows what this ass-hole was going to do in the first place. He could have easily just let it rip and we all would have said, why didn't anyone have some guts. This gal stepped up and took it on. Bully for her, hope she gets well compensated for that kind of courage. When everyone is a pussy, life will be easy for some.

That's probably it. I'll keep that in mind. Thanks
That is probably exactly what my mother would have done.
