The American Democracy Legal Fund has filed a criminal complaint with the Department of Justice over Donald Trump’s alleged promise of a cabinet position to Ben Carson in exchange for his endorsement last month.
In an interview with a conservative news outlet last month, Carson admitted that he sold his endorsement of Trump after being promised a position in a future Trump administration.
Appearing on “The Steve Malzberg Show,†Carson said he was assured by the billionaire candidate that he would be “doing things†in at least an “advisory capacity†during a Trump administration.
In the interview, Carson implied Trump had promised him a role in his administration.

Promising jobs to suck ups is standard procedure, not a crime. How to you think that Hillary got the Sec of State? Selective prosecution, in a State where everything is against the law, but prosecuted seldom ... is how you keep people in line.

Doesn't matter, trump fanatics now believe every charge leveled at him is more evidence that the corrupt politicians are trying to shut him out of the presidency. They have jumped the wagon and are pulling it.
I'm surprised that promising appointments in exchange for campaign help would be a crime. I'd also be surprised if reneging on campaign promises were a crime. Considering all the shit politicians get away with, a promise of an appointment seems trivial.
The mainstream media loves to pretend to hate him.

I get that exact same impression, but every wild untraditional thing he does turns to political gold. It's like voters are so disillusioned by a status quo of political monkey business, unethical behavior, and poor representation that they prefer an environment of mental anarchy to what we currently have.
The only thing out of the ordinary is that Carson would come out and say it and without proof it's Trump's word against Carson's and hear say doesn't really fly. Does anyone really believe there will be a Republican congressional investigation of the Republican front runner for president? Here's another fantasy..They both die and go directly to heaven..Do not pass go, do not collect $200..
