It is hard to tell, but it sure does look as if he stuck his hand inside his coat; maybe more than once. The comments are full of people claiming that he only reached into his coat after the shots were fired, but without audio how the fuck do they know when the first shot was fired? I've watched the video I don't know how many times and can't tell which officer(s) shot or when
