My thought as a parent is that this kid will be an insufferable spoiled git when he grows up. When my kids wanted something I couldn't provide I opined that disappointment made you more resilient. I think they still resent me for that.

Nah! I didn't get the impression he had an inordinate amount of toys, or anything like that. In fact he seems to play with just a few simple ones. The lightsaber and the big gun are both at the toy store.
He just uses his imagination (like I used to do), and his dad brings it to life on the screen. I can't think of anything cooler for a kid with a lot of imagination. I think he'll nominate his dad for "All Time Coolest Dad" someday.
If he doesn't, I will. :cool2:
