“Rain will follow repentance,” Wiles said. “The state is in the forefront of spiritual rebellion against God: abortion; homosexuality; pornography; Hollywood’s movies that promote sexual immorality, violence, bloodshed, witchcraft, occult practices; the television industry; the crime and street violence in California cities. All of it has combined to reach a level of depravity that has reached Heaven and God has no other choice but to cut off the rain.”

Not all is lost though, as Wiles pointed out that repenting before God might compel him to make it rain.

“So let’s see how long Californians will suffer without water before they humble themselves, repent of their sins and call upon God to save them.”

I am thinking very seriously about finding an unoccupied cave and living out my remaining years with a gun cradled in my lap to keep these crazies away.

Gays and witches?  Hmmm.  Those are pretty specific target groups with not a great deal in common.  That being said, I think the drought is being caused by homeless people.  Yes, I'm pretty sure it's the homeless.
