Title: Manifest Destiny
Post by: Aleps on August 25, 2013, 12:16:26 AM
Anyone know about Manifest Destiny? If not, then look it up. It's important to mention the next time someone calls an atheist aragant. Also, it's extremely funny.

This is a word Bush used to use all the time. It is the belief or doctrine held chiefly in the middle and later part of the 19th century, that it was the destiny of the U.S. to expand its territory over the whole North America and to extend and enhance its political, social, and economic influences. And we all know how that's working out.    Solitary

Quote[Y]ou have got our country, but are not satisfied; you want to force your religion upon us.

QuoteBrother, you say there is but one way to worship and serve the Great Spirit; if there is but one religion, why do you white people differ so much about it? Why not all agree, as you can all read the book?
