Also what led to the nazis, but progressive era of USA was also hugely into eugenics. But its just a cruel way of putting people into boxes, and just on purpose control peoples emotions throughout their lives. I dont think such things exists, outside physical pain.
Stuff like Aspergers, ADHD to mention a few.
Sure you can be retarded in your behavior but thats about it. But Hans Asperger who made the Aspie diagnosis worked with the nazis.
So its just a classist racist system

I have a Masters Degree in psychology. Just shut up. You're constantly speaking out of ignorance. Read a book.
Hate to bump up an old thread, but the idea is interesting to argue against.
I think that common sense dictates that a person behaving like this is suffering from mental illness. I don't care what the specific diagnosis is, but I do believe that mental unwellness can be a thing. Though, as far as how to define "wellness" and "unwellness", I'm not entirely sure, and there could be social prejudices influencing what is viewed as "well" or "unwell". I'm also not of the opinion that the "average person" is particularly "mentally well", even if they are not so unwell that they are unable to perform basic life functions or are harmful to themselves or others.
Just gonna bump this out of boredom. Several years ago when I changed companies, as you know insurance take 90 days to clear. In that time I was sent from fla to york pa to build a buffalo wild wings. I woke up one night around 2am absolutely convinced that I screwed up the whole foundation of the building beyond repair. So I packed and was in Baltimore an hour and a half later before other parts of my brain was able to "regain control". I was rather stunned at my actions, happened again 2 weeks later. Doc told me that my getting off my thyroid meds could lead to anxiety, hell, I was full blown paranoid. Never underestimate what hell or high your brain can do. It can be one evil fuckin bitch.
"I KNOW I'm paranoid. But am I paranoid ENOUGH?"
