I don't see the point of letting someone who was suspended multiple time come back again when he is questionably (at best) "apologizing", but whatever. That's what ignore/his ban once he proves he isn't changed is for I suppose.

I don't really remember this guy, although if memory serves, he'd been a nuisance on the forum using various handles since before I started posting here. If that's the case,... meh. I'm not against giving him one more chance considering how long it's been and with all the forum hoop-ha-ha going on lately. It won't be that difficult to ban him yet again.

A. You've been banned by a whole bunch of other forums and don't have any options
B. You have a particular "itch" for this forum and not for others.

I'm thinking once you are banned, you should be banned.  Offensive posters get banned after repeated offenses.  Those repeated offenses were the result of being given "second chances", often repeatedly with a mind boggling level of forgiveness.  It reminds me of Animal House, where they put you on probation, then double probation, and then double secret probation, but no action is ever really taken.
