Hijab day (http://www.abc.net.au/news/2017-02-02/world-hijab-day-women-cover-their-heads-in-solidarity-muslim/8234116)
Very nice. Bit of dawa, see if anyone notices. Unlikely.
But here is a thing.
Would anyone dare to ask Muslims to go without hijab for a day in Saudi Arabia, Iran, or any of the 57 muslim countries?
Clueless in Wahington.

If they're doing this in a place where the hijab or burkini or whatever is banned, to show solidarity and say f u to the authorities, then that would make sense. In general though, no. Covering up your hair is a form of self censorship and the last thing that needs to be encouraged is more censorship.

That's the difference between a free country and a non-free country. In a free country, you have the choice.
And in Malaysia, Indonesia and Turkey, it is common to see Muslim women with uncovered heads.
Yeah! Let's get those dangerously provocative head-dresses off those nuns! God only knows what they might be hiding in there...

Islamic Republic of Iran: Posters threaten women with hellfire for not wearing hijab (https://www.jihadwatch.org/2017/02/islamic-republic-of-iran-posters-threaten-women-with-hellfire-for-not-wearing-hijab)
Yes, I am aware that this is not a halal site to visit.
I know that some are more concerned with the messenger rather than the message.
Especially when the message disagrees with their preconcieved ideas.
Oh, and don't look for feminist. They are busy elsewhere. (See the OP).
