If you are decorating for the season, here is a place to show your trees and under christmas sutff.
It's called New Year's Eve Tree where I live. This year, regardless of my efforts, it looks worse than the last year. I need a bigger tree and stop buying the cheap supermarket stuff I guess, lol.
Here's mine. (Vid.)

I meant your own, pr!
I've got the stuff up but I find myself disliking it. Me and the fam don't agree on much anymore and it's become a matter of forcing me to put it all up

I don't have one, but this one reminds me of "old times".
I don't have one either. Just a Hanukkah menorah. To celebrate the war against Gentile religious oppression. But you have St Nicholas of Myra ... so more appropriate for you ;-) So why do you celebrate the world tree where Odin hung himself to gain magical knowledge at the cost of one eye?
Mine isn't even up yet. It's usually up the day after Thanksgiving. Walmart starts Christmas so early now I think we're burned out on it long before Thanksgiving arrives. Now that it starts in early-mid October, I'm really starting to get a "fuck Christmas" attitude about it. The commercialism was always high, but now it's to the point where Christmas means little more to me than a glutenous celebration of consumerism, which is really nothing to celebrate.
It's feeling an awfull lot like christmass at work.

That's crazy, lol. Can't they just go with Halloween?

Halloween is part of the "war on Christmas"

It's American capitalism. I saw Valentine's Day stuff in the store yesterday.
Also, is Photobucket unusably slow for anyone else? I have noticed this, I can't use it at all anymore. I gave that video 5 full minutes and it never really played.
I won't kill a tree just to decorate it. But I decorated the front-facing windows with blue lights...

It's been very slow at this part of the world. Esp. on smart phones I experienced.

It's absurd though. Who would make a Valentine's Day shopping -lol what- on December? OR January. OR even February for that matter. OK, I am not in the traget group obviously. But I'm guessing even the people who are interested in a day like Valentine's Day just would buy stuff in February?
I decorated the front-facing windows in "atheist blue"...
And the attach browse feature doesn't work for me ...
So to describe, I hung strings of blue lights from tension rods high in the windows. Looks nice. I did it for Solstice...
Oh, it worked!
