Before the site crashed a couple years ago, I posted the idea that states like Florida should go vertical with garbage, so vertical that we could build a mountain or two and change the climate, perhaps influence the pattern of hurricanes.
Well, apparently, the Saudi's are thinking the same thing:
http://www.msn.com/en-us/weather/topstories/the-united-arab-emirates-needs-more-rain-so-its-building-a-mountain/ar-BBsGvuk?li=BBnb7Kz
If this works, we could theoretically influence the rain across the entire Sahara desert and find a place to "store" our garbage rather than in the water tables.
Thoughts?
Will there be enough slave labor?

Silly PR. The point of slave labor is that there's always enough of it.
They hired Lu-Tze? I thought he only did bonzai mountains.
We can even arrange them in order. Used Tampon Hills. Cereal Box Heights. Used Condom Steps.
It is currently raining in Utah. We have mountains. Case closed.
Carry on.
