You shouldn't be frustrated by a lack of evidence disproving that something isn't real. As was pointed out, this is a matter of burden of proof.
For example, how much proof is there that the tooth fairy isn't real? Is it frustrating that there is little evidence disproving the existence of Santa?
The idea of proving a negative comes up a lot in atheist websites and the same holds true for the "demon Jew who controls the world" theories.
