Ummm ackchyually, a motte-and-bailey castle is castle in which a wooden or stone keep is build upon a hill (the motte) and nearby lower-elevation land is enclosed in a wall (the bailey) that also surrounds the motte.

This looks more like a gatehouse with a small tower on it.
