Hillary was exonerated by FBI god, Comey, before the 2016 Dem convention.  The plan was for nobody to know of her crimes before, during and after the 2016 election.  Because Comey is a %&%^$^ Dem.  He didn't intend to say anything more the week before the election, but the NYC FBI office forced his hand over the depraved contents of Weiner's laptop.  Or maybe after Comey's hangover, maybe?

It is a fact, that the Congress impounded Hillary's emails, before she deleted them.  If Trump did that, he could be legitimately impeached.  But that Congress is not legitimate, because that House was Republican led ;-)  When admin departments refused subpoenas in 2017-2018 ... this wasn't because President Trump forbade it under "separation of powers" (and could be challenged in court) ... they did it on their own, as Resistance (who were mostly French communists) leaders, against a Repub House.  Part of the continuous violation of the Hatch act by Dem admins that went on.

If Trump had ordered them to do this (and didn't accept overturn by a court), then it would be interference in the power of Congress, and also impeachable.  The heads of those departments should have been impeached or jailed, including Comey.  They did actual interference in the operation of government (but only Dems are legitimate government, per the Hollywood commissar?).
