I love buffalo wings, they are delicious. I just mean, in general if you put butter into everything... You can cook vegetables with olive oil and eat cold which is amazing esp. in summer. I find that cheese and butter usage is too much in American food. It overwhelmes the dish, it becomes 'heavy'. They taste the same. I think it is a cultural cuisine thing.
