I remember when James T Kirk's biggest issue was hanging on to his console every episode. Was that entire set on springs or rollers, or was that just the camera shaking around? And that giant matrix of flashing lights with no labels, what the hell was that? LOL.

Most of it was the camera shake, but the actors did kinda move a bit.
