And on not so funny news, according to the baby name sites, the name Barbie for baby girls went up 300% while Ken for baby boys is up 200% in the US.

Can you imagine being named for something so specifically pop culture on the low end by your parents? Ugh. And not so long ago, we thought being named after The Lord of the Rings characters was ridiculous.

Khalesi was the worst.  Because it's a title, not a name.  And because the character's fate wasn't yet known.  Lots of remorse with that one.

Also, parents should bear in mind that bureaucrats are going to have to spell that name and school bullies will be searching every word that rhymes with it, so be careful.
