"Paleface" would work. Has the same energy as "redskin."

The joke is, the Lone Ranger and Tonto are on some sort of, "mission", for lack of a better word (of course, it's just s joke). They are surrounded by NA, who are bent on killing them. TLR says, "Tonto, we are surrounded, and it looks like they are going to kill us". To which, Tonto replies, "What mean 'we', white man?".
