I've been puzzled about that myself.  From what I have seen, woke means being socially aware of the problems minorities face.  There are many, many definitions for it, but since the conservatives use it as a derogatory term, I claim it all the time.  Tucker Carlson saying that M&M's are becoming woke is just another idiotic statement by the maga idiots.

"Woke" is "the belief [that] there are systemic injustices in American society and the need to address them.".  With that broad a definition, virtually everyone is "woke"!
