A lot of the letters were directed at her husband, Mikey Weinstein, the public face of the organization.

They acted like MRFF was “attacking their beloved version of fundamentalist Christianity,” when the truth was they just didn’t want the military being used to advance or promote any one particular belief.

Bonnie has now written a follow-up book â€" with, yes, even more hateful messages â€" called When Christians Break Bad: Letters from the Insane, Inane, and Profane. Regardless of mortal life, that the Christians would consign even kindly atheists to eternal damnation is rather harsh.

Whether you hate them all is irrelevant and immaterial.  Most don't deserve impeachment and Trump does.  The evidence is so overwhelming as to be beyond discussion in any logical sense.  But politics will prevent it.

Andrew Johnson did not deserve to be impeached.  Bill Clinton did not deserve to be impeached.  Nixon did deserve it, but resigned.  Trump deserves it and won't be.  Because Moscow Mitch doesn't want to lose the Senate and will refuse to do anything.

There are times when leaders in all branches of govt should act but are too ideological or too afraid.  This is one of those times.
