There are only 2 songs that I can think of that are fairly religious that I like. The first one is Amen by Rittz the rapper. Its about people having near death experiences and them praying when they think they are going to die, but he's a good rapper and its no overtly religious so I like it. The second song of course is Stairway to Heaven because Led Zeppelin that's why!
Here I am Lord (http://www.livingwaterunity.org/music-program/Hymns/here-i-am-lord.htm) is my personal favorite.
Does Jingle Bells count?
Does "God Am" "Bleed the Freak" or "Born Again" by Alice in Chains count?

I'm partial to a Christmas song or two, and that's about it
I love the whole Aqualung album by Jethro Tull which, in itself, it's quite religious. "My God" and "Hymn 43" are stunningly beautiful songs.
The whole "Jesus Christ Superstar" soundtrack.
Not really songs, but I also love Mozart's "Requiem" and Dvorak's "Stabat Mater"

Guilty pleasure since I saw "o' brother where art thou?". As a matter of fact, I like quite a lot of gospel.
To say it in the words of Tim Minchin:
QuoteSome of the hymns that they sing have nice chords but the lyrics are dodgy

Aqualung is an amazing album.
I lived with a bunch of hippies that played Aqualung so often that every time I hear "Hey! Aqualung!" I get nauseous.

"SITTING ON A PARK BENCH!"
Wow, I post songs like Amen and Stairway to heaven and you all post borderline religious songs. Shame on all of you :P
BTW for you rap fans this is Amen by Rittz, the third verse gives me chills everytime

I'm sure I do, I just don't think of them as religious songs so I never realize it. Matisyahu, Damian/Bob Marley and the reggae genre in general comes to mind.
I dunno if this counts, but I'm a sucker for stuff like this:

A gifted and sadly forgotten musician these days.
He went loopy for Jesus thanks to Bob Dylan inviting him to his church.
What is it with Bob Dylan and introducing talented people to mind-numbing intoxicants? He introduced the Beatles to pot and now this.
I like almost every religious song that sounds good, especially classical ones---I ignore the lyrics. This is my favorite: http://youtu.be/Ipp0H8tv5Hw

This song rocks way too hard for religion :-)

I like Bobby McFerrin's version of this.

That whole soundtrack is fabulous.
I thought that was a terrific movie, based on Homer's Odyssey, and George Clooney's best movie, and his singing was hilarious and well done. Solitary
It was. I loved their version of the Cyclops, too.

I think I was wrong about Clooney singing the song, but he did a great job faking it. I also have a thing for Holly Hunter, and Goodman was also great as were as others. http://www.imdb.com/video/screenplay/vi1024433177/
As with others, there are a few Christmas songs I like a lot. O Holy Night comes to mind, I love the Nat King Cole version, and also some of the female operatic versions, very beautiful.
I also like the music from Les Miserables despite some of it having a tine overt religious message.
There are a few others I'll occasionally catch myself singing or humming and think to myself how funny that is.

The old Christian hymns I grew up with, I still find beautiful and deeply moving. I don't really care for Christian Rock though.

Mixed fucking feelings at best is the way to describe it.

I used to really like a bunch of hymns (A Mighty Fortress and the like), especially Christmas ones. I don't know if it was the songs themselves or the experience of a bunch of random people with no practice all singing together--like the national anthem used to be before we tuned it into a spectator sport. Sometimes I still hum the tunes but--even before I realized I was an atheist--the lyrics are just nonsense to me and the more I focus on them the less I like the song.
There are some hymns I've always hated, Amazing Grace being top of that list
I listened to Belle and Sebastion's "if you find yourself caught in love" only to find that the second line goes "send a prayer to the man above". But it's a really catchy song that I often find myself wanting to sing along to...after I listen to it I'll try to balance it out with "bukowski" by modest mouse.
Around this time I also start obsessing about "God rest he merry gentlemen" and "we three kings".

I am actually not sure if this is a religious song or not... The lyrics have some references to religious characters from the albums's story line... but not much more than that
I like Canon, and Amazing Grace, but that might be because of Memphis Belle
This whole album... I can't tell if they are anti-religion, or not.

Amazing concept-album though.
There's a couple of Christmas songs I hear each year that makes me feel festive, other then that nope
