I've also heard the argument that what he talked about is standard practice and that liberals are woefully misinformed.  Anything to avoid admitting being wrong.

UV and sunlight containing UV does reduce viruses.  A company introducing in-body UV was shut down off of Twitter.  Only Dem-Commie tech allowed.

The tide pod challenge reduces viruses as well and for similar reasons.

The part you left out (which is telling) is that UV reduces viruses on medical equipment.  It's used for disinfecting equipment.  Disinfecting equipment is a whole different ball game from internal medicine.  Cleaning products that work great on the floor don't necessarily give the same result in the GI tract!

Here, I think you dropped this:

Certain frequencies of UV light are effective in killing some kinds of virii.

Considering how they voted for him for saying what he means, his voters sure spend a lot of time making excuses for how he doesn't mean what he said.

It's just like in their religion, God means whatever the believer wants him to mean.  He's an unquestionable proxy.

Seems Left-science is just as wacky as their politics.  I suggest, since Trump uses soap and water, you avoid those ;-)

He seems a rather secular guy (Trump).  I don't see him as the Arkansas rattlesnake worshippers, that is Clinton ;-p  I see his support for Israel to be purely political.

Early testing was lengthy, expensive and unavailable.  So only select doctors in select hospitals got access.  The "exposure" test is still being worked on.  In either case, it is a "work in progress".  We were told here, early on, to not come to the hospital or doctors office for tests, unless we have symptoms.  You determine symptoms by calling the hot-line and describing your condition to a trained nurse.  She tells you to get tested or not.  And in our town, the testing station is right outside the hospital (not inside), not in doctor's offices.  Since the damn thing keeps mutating, this makes a reliable "exposure" test or "full" test hard to keep up.  Same with any treatment or vaccine they come up with.  This virus is related to SARS (from 2003) and nobody has ever found a vaccine for that.
