Reminds me of the good old days with OSHA. Went to a call as a backup ambulance driver. Guy working in construction got run over by a backhoe. The backhoe had an OSHA required backup bell but they were working in a high noise areas and the dude had OSHA approved earmuffs. And ne'er the twain shall meet..........

Like the part where they should have had a walker in that environment to warn them when to not run over co-workers? OSHA didn't fail there.

OSHA doesn't have shit on the Corps of Engineers. A few weeks ago I spent several hours writing a 30 page safety plan so a couple of very experienced $60K a year techs could wall mount some flat screen TV's for them.
