Bush appointed judge says Kentucky must give Ken Ham's Dinosaur Bible Park up to $18 million in subsidies in spite of Ham's group promoting discriminatory hiring practices.
As I understand it, the actual tax break is based on revenues. Because initial revenues may be high it would appear to be a big break, but with loss of revenue in later years the break is less than the given number by a considerable amount. They will get a tax break, but the actual amount will be much less than the given number. The initial statement was based on inflated revenues provided by Ham, but it was revised downward in a review.
