Something weird and good. Today, people under 65 are prohibited to go outside -other than a must situation with the elderly- between 11:00 - 15:00, so the elderly can have a sunday stroll comfortably as they have been prohibited for some time in the big cities. Let's hope, no shenanigans anywhere.
