On another forum I go to, a lot of people said "I hate what they're doing but that doesn't make it illegal", which I think is the general mentality but it's a civil case.
I'm so glad they decided it's not okay to protest a funeral (especially of someone you don't know).
Hope this isn't a double post. If it is you can shoot me in the foot. _________________ JANE

Legal or not, the Felches should be kissing the plaintiff's balls if that's all he wants out of them.
To be attacking people in such an emotionally volatile state, I'm surprised no one's gone apeshit and glossed them over with a flamethrower yet. _________________ "Setting people on fire is wrong." -Todd "Squee" Casil. |

Finally...it's nice to see the Phelps' actually being punished for something. I've been waiting for a pissed family to take something to court, and my wish has come true. _________________ Regarding creationists: Aren't these the same people who gave us alchemy and astrology, and who told us the earth, besides being flat, was at the center of the universe? Why hasn't anybody posted to say that Phelps is more than likely right about this? _________________

Both, more than likely, though "something important" is a matter of perspective.
Seriously, nothing pisses this guy off more than being ignored, and suing him is therefore the wrong approach. |

I think it would be hate speech.
