Victoria's Biscuits were purported to be a super cookie packed with flavor, something considered nearly impossible for British food. My shipmates used to stock up on those and barter them for favors back stateside in the '80s.
Kilkenny's, I honestly don't know if I liked the flavor or if I was drunk by then and merely think I liked it, but I want more. Guiness won't distribute it here. I may have to immigrate.
Can get Harp and Guiness here (prefer on tap or in the pub draught can), but not Kilkenny. _________________ Kimberly (HSBUH) aka

Stalin and Mao caused great misery and suffering AND they happened to be atheist. Atheism does not imply any system of morality ,ethics or ideology.Communism is not antithetical to theism per se, although it has problems with the parisitism of organised religions. So do I.. |
Well when you've heard it for the thousandth time it starts to get just a little bit frustrating. The fact of the matter is that no matter how many times you tell them that they "just happened to be an atheist" they just laugh as if you're playing with semantics. At the end of the day the fact is Hitler was not an atheist, it's as simple as that, and for the sake of history I think it's important that it's corrected. |
