Right, this thread is no longer #2. Even thought it is a big #2. So we need to add more pages and make it officially #2 again. |

I visit lots of different websites that cater to my various interests and enjoy reading articles or visiting the forums. I like photography, guitars, recording, and photoshop. All the sites I visit are all pretty subject oriented.
It's a strange phenomenon really. You would think that an atheist community would be talking about all kinds of different subjects other than God, Jesus, religion, or the Bible. But I've found that it's exactly the opposite. In fact every topic has a religious subject title or in the few instances where it's not, the replies within take on a religious tone. Oh, it's mostly bashing, mocking, snickering, and other such emotional outbursts. But still, the discussion never strays very far from the primary focus; God.
Atheists seem to be obsessed with God. They can't seem to stop talking about Him. Even in their ridicule and bitterness they seem to be reassuring one another that their mantra has been validated and God thusly shooed away. Even a science post about a new discovery prompts replies about Creationists or Genesis; why Jesus didn't mention it or how the believers will react. An atheist forum doesn't seem complete without special sections for General Religion, Christianity, Islam, Judaism, and Other Religions. Atheists are obsessed with God.
Why is that?

It seems to me like alot of Christians are also obsessed with Atheists
going onto the Atheist forums and slandering and ridiculing thier
disbeliefs as if they are ignorant fools. Why is a missionary for god
on an Atheist forum, is it because you are finally noticing the fallacy
in your beliefs and want to disguise yourself here to learn more about
Atheism under the name of a missionary of god?
Maybe you should start questioning everything you believe in
before you try and disprove our non-beliefs, if you read the bible
less as a handbook and more like it really is (a fairy tale) then you
will notice its flaws and notice your as well.

Yeah, me neither. I refuse to post in this thread. Just not gonna do it, matter of fact. It would be wrong of me. I'll put that on my Not To Do List. Wonder how high up I should rank it? It's around the 50's that we get into murder and torture tactics. Probably um....low 200's? Yes this sounds about right.
221. Do not post in the "Atheists Obsession" thread at AF.

Hopefully it'll just die. I mean really, atheists obsessed with God? Of course they are...they don't need a thread about it. _________________ John 17:3 And this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent. |

Don't forget Missionary, proselytizing is forbidden on this forum. I have a strong suspicion that's why you were banned the first time, and you will be banned again if you break that rule. _________________ "Agnostics: Atheists without balls." -Stephen Colbert |
