The way you showed "how shitty your analogy was?" was to basically mix the 2 topics and point out that it isnt happening.
Now let me apply the EXACT same logic you do to the above example.
Well a star has nuclear fusion occurring to generate the light... the streetlight is not. Therefore bad analogy.
