Since I know there are a lot of video game nerds here (Moloth  ), I was wondering if anyone had an inkling of knowledge on the release date of Spore. It sounds AMAZING, and I know it won't be out within the year probably: I just want to have an idea of when to expect it.

Yeah, that game looks pretty cool. It looks like a lot of what makes the game special, is the ability to "intelligently design" creatures.
I vomited in my mouth a little when I said that, but that's what it is.

I didn't noctice that and here i thought it was another point for evolution.

Well if you're going to turn evolution into a game, you would have to make it an intervention type interface. Otherwise, it wouldn't be half as fun. Though, if the maker of the game is an atheist and he knows as much as he seems about evolution, we can revel in the fact that he knows the truth.
