I don’t know if you already saw this video. Read the comments, how creationists are cheering at Dawkins’ inability to answer.

Further notice that the comments are a bunch of circle-jerking, as only fundies are allowed to post comments.

Come on now, Knight, show a little charity. That decade old clip of Dawkins, along with Flew's shift to deism a few years ago, is pretty much all creationists have by way of wanking material. Let's at least let them cum over it. Very Happy

We should at least charge them 29.99 a month to see it though!

If you start talking before they say, "ACTION", you're not going to get a very good video shot. Anyway . . . Rolling Eyes

I wonder what they would think if Dawkins suddenly converted to Christianity.

He really didn't answer the question though. :\

She asked for an example of information being added, and he didn't really explain how information is only altered, not added or taken away.

The comments to that video are still ass, though.

Theist logic works like this. If an atheist, especially an atheist 'icon', cannot answer a question about some scientific theory, that means the particular god the theist worships must be real.

I've seen Dawkins response to this incident in the preface to one of his recent books, maybe "The Ancestor's Tale," but I'm not quite sure.. What's caught on tape is Dawkins realization that he's been conned into giving an interview to stealth creationists. They'd misrepresented themselves to get the interview, and ended up reneging on their promise to see the video prior to release. The video cuts out at the point where he's about to kick them out of his house, but then relents and continues the conversation when they pretended to repent.

This one goes in the same old "Liars for Jesus" file with the rest of them.
