Doesn't exist. The portion cut out was cut out by the producers prior to release. The only reason I what's missing is from Dawkins' written recollections.

I'd say it was his best book to date. The only issue is that you absolutely must spend the time to work your way through his introduction, at the very least well enough to understand how the phylogenetic trees are constructed. Once you do though, it's like a biological symphony as he traces our lineage backwards through time all the way to the archaeobacteria.
