Which puts big parts of the UFO phnenomenon (the whole "contact" thing) into question. It's a little strange to disavow the tennents of a belief that is a prerequisite to your own theories.

We have all of these weapons that we even use sometimes! That's scary! While all they have is vastly superior technology that allows them interstellar travel and genetically creating new species. I mean, it all makes perfect sense!
