As a result of discussion in another thread some interest was communicated in theist on theist debates. While I'm sure some ridicule will be involved in the peanut gallery (tsk tsk moloth - me still bitter about the cripple pic) I think this will serve as a good opportunity to broaden the understanding by others off your world view.
This discussion is open to any theistic (pantheistic, theiancosmocentric, panentheistic, animistic, tritheistic etc.)person and the format would be just like any other thread. If the mod's were agreeable and other theists participate I would ask that the discussion take place in the "one on one" thread so the mods could keep all the non-theist posts out of the thread. (I just need a mod to volunteer to do this for me)
If you wish to participate just post a brief description about what you believe and why. I will participate in the discussions but any theist can initiate a debate with another theist.
If any of you atheists are curios about a particular theistic poster please encourage them to participate in this thread _________________ The Resident Theist

I was making fun of the person who said "Theist fight"!
i WOULD like to see theists argue with each other, in an intellectual fashion.
We, of course, do have a number of very intelligent theists here... i'd love to see them pit their dogmas versus one another.
...and no ridicule. i promise. _________________ -=The Believer is Happy; the Skeptic is Wise=-

I wish we had us another evangelical in here. They would argue over everything and then demand a forum-split. _________________ "If we long to believe that the stars rise and set for us, that we are the reason there is a Universe, does science do us a disservice in deflating our conceits?"

I agree it would only be interesting and educational if the theists remained as true as possible to their chosen position (I LOL at your pic BTW) _________________ The Resident Theist

Meh. I voted no. The only intra-theistic debates that sometimes pique my interest are Jew v. Christian and Protestant v. Catholic; and I don't think we have active Catholics or Jews here. _________________ The whores and politicians will shout 'save us'...
