UK Atheist....saying Hi

Hi, my name is Antony and I have been an atheist pretty much all my life, but found a sense of true atheism after reading the God Delusion that I got for Christmas. I have been posting for a couple of months on the Richard Dawkins forum and thought I would branch out to other forums.

One of the things I have done recently, being the type of person that likes to get things done, is setup a simple site dedicated purely to action. The links is below if anyone is interested. If not, no probs. There is also healthy discussion and debate to be had.

Welcome!

I was curious what an "atheist action" site would be like, but I'm impressed. Seems it's mostly centered on badgering your mp and making yourself heard, but these are important things that too few bother with.

Hit ransientangent.

The site was created because I saw lots of posts being made on forums such as sign this petition, sign that petition, contact your MP about X and Y, etc and there was no central place someone could go to find and get involved in specific actions. So I used the free blog facility to create a webpage that is maintained as a webpage instead of a typical blog. It has had almost 700 hits in one month, which is not too bad.

The hardest thing seems to be to actually get people to take action....so I wanted to make it as easy as possible.
