This is just creepy. Could you have someone else's arms attached to your body? I guess maybe if I was desperate enough to have arms again, I would do it too. But I just can't help but think they are dead body arms.

I can't begin to imagine how badly he wants to jerk off. It'd probably be good therepy and practice for his hands.
At least until the nerves fully regrow, it might even feel like someone else is doing it, though if he's homophobic, manhands may just turn him off. What a conundrum.

You have donors for eyes and all sorts of other things, why not arms. Though, since it is more visible, you see your hands all the time, you might be more mindful of it being somebody elses. Still, I think you'd get used to it.
